How Does It Work?

Select the following as your method of reimbursement when you turn in your printed voucher statement: Alza.cz.

When redeeming electronic meal vouchers, change the settings in the portal of Sodexo, or contact your Sodexo Customer Centre.
The funds from the reimbursement of vouchers are transferred to your customer account at Alza.cz.

You are free to purchase our products and services with the transferred funds.
How Do You Create an Account at Alza.cz?
You will find a link to My Alza on the right side of the website. If you don't have an account at Alza.cz, register and enter the section, My Alza.
The service is intended for companies (restaurants and other catering establishments) with a contract with SODEXO.

Enter the Sodexo contract number in the Sodexo ID field (in the form Axxxxxxx). You do this in My Alza, where you select the Account Settings tab.

How Do You Redeem the Vouchers?
These vouchers will be automatically sent to the email address provided in your customer account.
You can then redeem the specific voucher in the first step of the cart when you click Use discount/gift voucher.

What happens if I send money to you and I don't have a customer account at Alza.cz?
You will not be able to use the transferred funds immediately, but you will not lose the funds. SODEXO will contact you to assist you with registration and the next business day the transferred amount will automatically be credited.

For how long are the gift vouchers valid?
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Which goods can I buy and can they be added together?
Yes, the values can be added together when you buy and the gift vouchers are valid for the entire range of goods at Alza.cz.

Can I use only part of the value of the gift voucher with my purchase?
No, the value of the gift voucher must be used in full at one time. That is why you will always receive a larger number of smaller vouchers from us, which can then be combined.

Is the voucher redeemable for money?
The voucher is not redeemable for cash. The voucher cannot be exchanged. The value of the voucher can only be used for a single purchase at Alza.cz.

What happens in the event of a withdrawal or claim?
In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract or in the event of a legitimate claim for goods for the purchase of which the gift voucher was redeemed, the value of the gift voucher will be refunded to you by means of a replacement gift voucher.
