FAQ

Who can advertise through the alzaAds interface?

The alzaAds interface is designed for Alza suppliers whose products we currently sell. At this time, medications and food products cannot be advertised. The interface is not yet available for products or services that Alza does not sell.

How do I create an account in the interface?

If you are an Alza supplier, contact us through the contact form or directly through your Vendor Partner. The registration itself takes place via the registration form on the alzaAds website.

How can I invite colleagues to a registered team?

If you have already registered an account and team, no other colleagues need to complete this action or fill out the form. Simply send an invitation, which the user will confirm to create their alzaAds account.

What types of ads can be launched through the interface?

Currently, the interface allows you to manage campaigns for sponsored products. Additional ad types will be introduced in the future.

Where will my ads be displayed?

Ads appear across Alza’s websites and apps in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.

How will I know if my campaign is performing well?

The alzaAds interface provides detailed reporting, allowing you to evaluate campaign performance in real time. This gives you control over your investment and its return.

How much does the alzaAds service cost?

In the interface, you determine your total investment. You can set daily and overall budgets, as well as the maximum cost per click. With reporting, you can then adjust your investment to meet your goals.
