Quick Guide - How to Shop

Shopping online with Alza is really simple, and to make it even easier, here's a quick guide to help show you how.

Choosing Your Goods

  • To help you find the goods you wish to purchase, simply browse our Product Catalogue, scroll through the Category Menu on the left, or use the Search option above.
  • When you find the goods you wish to purchase, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button on the product page.
  • After the goods are placed in the cart, you can then choose to 'Continue Shopping' or 'Proceed to Checkout".
  • Don't forget to browse our Special Offers before you finish shopping.

Payment and Delivery Options

  • After reviewing the goods in your cart and clicking the 'Continue' button, move on to select the Delivery and Payment options for your order.
  • You will then be shown a list of delivery options to choose from before moving on to select a payment option.
  • Once you have chosen the payment and delivery options that suit you best, click 'Continue'.

Choosing a Delivery Address

  • The last step is to choose a delivery address. If you already have an account, simply log in. If you don't have an account, either choose to register yourself and enjoy loyalty benefits, or make a one-time purchase.
  •  After your address details have been added, click the 'Finish Order' button and your order will be processed.

Processing and Dispatching Orders

  • Orders are processed immediately, and you will receive an email confirming your order and delivery details.
