EN 13319 is a European standard for diving equipment - depth and time measuring instruments (e.g. depth gauges and dive computers). It specifies requirements for measurement accuracy, safety, reliability, user information and test procedures including simulation of pressure conditions. For products declaring conformity, the standard provides assurance that the equipment has been designed and tested for use underwater in accordance with harmonised rules. It does not say anything about "resistance" outside its scope (shock, dust), but primarily about correct and safe measurement in an aquatic environment.
