In our product selection, you might find items marked with "EU Distribution." This label indicates European distribution.

Where are our products distributed from?

Most of the products we offer in our e-shop are purchased directly in Czechia, Slovakia, or Hungary through local distributors. In contrast, products labeled “EU Distribution” are purchased in another European Union country, such as Germany, Austria, France, Poland, and others.

Reasons why we have expanded our range of EU distribution products

  • Wider product selection – the free movement of goods within the EU allows us to bring interesting products to the domestic market that may otherwise not be available here. Manufacturers sometimes offer only a limited selection of their models and colour variants through local distributors.
  • Better pricing – a significant portion of EU-distributed goods is purchased directly from foreign representatives of the brand or from large international distribution companies that are able to negotiate better terms. In addition, due to differences between markets, products may be introduced abroad at more favourable prices than those set by local distribution.
  • Better availability – when new models are launched, the number of available units is often limited; thanks to sourcing goods from abroad, we are able to shorten delivery times.

How are product claims handled for EU distribution products?

Claims – EU distribution products are handled exclusively by the seller, which in our case is often a faster process than going through an authorised service center. Naturally, we provide a two-year warranty on all products in our offer without distinction, regardless of their distribution. 

Claim processing takes up to 30 days.

Will my language remain available on an EU distribution mobile phone after an update?

  • Yes, if it is a smartphone, for example with the Google Android, Microsoft Windows, or Apple iOS operating system. The Central European language options are always part of the phone’s standard content, even after any system update.
  • No, if it is, for example, a feature phone without an operating system (classic button phones such as older Nokia models). In this case, an update may result in the loss of your preferred language option, which would then need to be reinstalled by a service center.
