FAQ

The minimum order quantity is 10 units.

At the moment, we only offer our private brands: AlzaPower, AlzaGuard and Siguro.

We primarily accept logos in SVG format. PDF files are also accepted, but they must contain vector graphics for engraving.

The standard warranty applies — customisation does not affect it. However, since this is a custom-made product, withdrawal from the purchase contract is not possible.
