Advertising

General information

• Due to the large number and variety of advertising campaigns, Alza.cz a.s., TIN 27082440, emphasises that binding information, product availability, pricing, and specific campaign terms are exclusively available on www.alza.cz.
• Our company's offers are valid while stocks last or until we are unable to fulfill them (e.g., due to supplier issues caused by extraordinary circumstances). We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of products promoted through print, television (including HbbTV), radio, or similar advertisements due to the nature of such media. Therefore, these advertisements should not be considered binding offers for contract formation, as they do not contain the essential contractual terms required under Section 1732(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Sb., the Civil Code.
• The only binding information is that provided on www.alza.cz at the moment of order confirmation, except in cases of obvious pricing errors (see Article 6 of our Terms and Conditions).

Discount codes

• In our campaigns, the term "discount on purchase" refers to a unique discount code for use on www.alza.cz. Selected customers (campaign participants) receive a one-time discount voucher, which can be used under the following conditions:
• The discount applies when the voucher is redeemed for a product, service, or licence purchase meeting the minimum value specified in the marketing communication (e.g., SMS or similar message). The minimum value includes VAT but excludes shipping costs. 
• The discount amount is specified in the respective SMS or similar message.
• Discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers, Alza Credit, etc.
• Our company does not provide any money to the campaign participants and the discount code cannot be exchanged for money during or after the campaign.
• The code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be replaced with another gift or discount. It is not intended for resale.
• Unused discount codes cannot be replaced or refunded, and participation in the campaign does not guarantee the right to receive a discount code.
• The code cannot be combined with other discounts or gift vouchers from our company unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions or in the relevant SMS message or similar message sent by our company.

Banners, billboards, and media advertisements

• There may be errors in data transmission (e.g. outdated prices, etc.) between our company as the advertiser and our contractual partners who process the advertisements for us, which are not caused by actions on the part of our company.
• Alza.cz is not responsible for any printing or other evident errors in advertisements, regardless of format.
• All images used in advertising materials are for illustration purposes only. Our company cannot guarantee an exact match in type, model, or colour between the advertised product and the actual item. The official product description on www.alza.cz is decisive.

Advertising on discount portals and price comparison sites

• Data transmission errors or transmission of outdated data may also occur in the case of various discount portals or price comparison sites, whose operators are not contractual partners of our company. The most accurate and up-to-date pricing is always available on www.alza.cz.
