On recommendation I bought and it helps. We are taking the third month and the problems have improved a lot for me and my friend. I can now walk for two-hour hikes without walking sticks, previously I walked a few metres and had to rest because of hip pain. I recommend it.
It's harder to dissolve and quite bitter, but it's fine with syrup.

Easily digestible. Tasteless. It is too early to assess the effect.

the taste is really nasty, but I've come to terms with that and it's a good idea

It seems to work, I consumed one pixel a year ago and it helped a lot, so I'm repeating it now.
The taste, it's disgusting. Horses probably have less sensitive taste buds.
