They’re not bad value for the special offer price, and the Bluetooth connection is reliable – they pair quickly and only lose connection after a few metres and two or three walls, when I leave my mobile in another room. The case is small and compact. Visually, they look good and are of high quality. But the sound is rather poor – flat and muffled. The sound quality is on a par with turning on the radio in a noisy room, and even speech sounds a bit muffled compared to other headphones. The touch controls don’t really work for me – so they’re strictly for controlling via my mobile. In the end, I kept them as ‘work’ shoes for the garden, where, given the price, I’m not too worried about getting them dirty, dropping them or even losing one.
They’re quite cheap when they’re on offer
The case is small and compact; the earphones fit neatly inside, and the material looks nice
When you take them out of the case, they pair straight away without any trouble, and when you put them back in, they disconnect and switch off straight away – I’ve had problems with this with other cheap earphones, so I really appreciate this feature
I’ve only been using them for a short while, but it seems to me that they’re holding their charge for long enough so far
the sound is very flat and muffled; The music sounds as if it’s coming from a poor-quality speaker; even spoken audio (audiobooks, podcasts) isn’t entirely clear; when making phone calls, the sound and microphone are just about acceptable.
The touch controls don’t really work – on the rare occasion I manage to touch them in such a way as to pause playback – on the other hand, I’ve had the opposite problem with other cheap headphones – they’d react to almost even a strand of hair and trigger the call function – so compared to that, these are good – I’d rather they didn’t react at all than have a heart attack every few minutes thinking I’ve accidentally called someone
