absolutely suitable for a beginner / for someone who takes photos for a hobby
If you play around with the settings, the resulting photos are excellent
the DSLR is compatible with many other lenses, so you can buy more without any problems
high quality photos even in lower light conditions (on a tripod, of course)
people criticize the "cheap plastic body", I don't see a problem with it - the camera definitely has its weight and a beginner doesn't need to have a kilo toy around his neck: -)
easy connection of the camera to the smartphone / possibility to snap via smartphone
someone may mind the loud shutter, but unless someone is shooting at events, I don't see a problem, I personally don't mind
I definitely recommend buying another flashlight, for reserve
