It seems to me that most chairs are designed for men - 180cm, 90kg and then they are too big for me. But luckily this one was just right. Although I wouldn't recommend it below 160cm either. It's great that it's quite adjustable - height, tilt, rocking. But then the rocking is quite stiff even at the lowest resistance, hard to say if it will change, but it still makes noises when rocking sometimes, so I probably won't do it much. So I use it more for work than for play - I was afraid of the gamer look (I'm more of a minimalist, I don't like those bold designs), so I bought the black one. And even though you can still tell that it's a gaming one, it's quite decent and nice, so it's great as an office one too.
