After two years with this product I can say that it is a piece of crap, the weak pump has been replaced several times so now the serviceman doesn't come every two months to repair it. It is of course a washing machine with a "drying function" so you can't expect as good drying as in a conventional dryer but the clothes are really wet when you take them out. It is practically unusable for a household of 5 or more people, it takes an inordinate amount of time to dry several t-shirts.
