The design and comfort are very good for me, the sound quality however lacks a bit compared to my previous headphones (HyperX Cloud Alpha). For the price, though, it's fine.

Sometimes when I press the microphone mute button I can't turn the microphone back on and I have to unplug it and plug it back into the headphones

Compared to the Cloud II, I expected a little more from the next model. Unfortunately, I don' t see any significant improvement. On the contrary, compared to the Cloud II, the packaging has been reduced to spare ear cups and a control panel on the cable.
Price in action
Extremely comfortable
The black version is really nice and looks professional
Sound OK. Nothing dizzying, but good in this price range. If you play around with it, I believe that it will reach this price category of nice sound.
Quality of workmanship
The cable in the headphones is fixed. WHY

Convenient
light
Jack, USB-C to USB-A adapter
Totally cool detachable microphone
Volume up/down wheel
mute button on the microphone and not too distracting diode when muting on the microphone
Same workmanship as predecessor
Less audible bass than its predecessor, can be tweaked a bit in the companion app (sort of)
I find DTS Surround X terribly unreliable (the sound is often strangely muffled, etc. ) When you buy Dolby Atmos they are much better in my opinion (slightly makes no sense when they are with direct DTS X support)
The optional companion app is terribly unreliable and somewhat oddly functioning (you can set the Surround sound 2x on top of each other - the Windows settings and in app settings are not linked and thus muffle it even more)
shorter cable even with the Jack to USB-C/A slip just barely worked out for connection to the back of the PC in my setup)
