The watch works great! Buying a tariff via the app is very practical. The only thing is that we were afraid of the 20 free minutes, but in the end it was enough. My son knows that the watch is not for long chatter and for solving common problems it is too much. And even if it does, the extra minutes cost only a few crowns.

I am not satisfied with the watch, I was tempted by probably fake reviews
the watch actually looks average, but you're limited to a flat rate and the retailer's services and you can't put your own SIM in it
c - I believe that the other evaluations are not in line with reality are false!
you can't insert your own SIM card
you also pay for incoming calls!
not equipped with SOS button

Hello, thank you for your review, based on which the supplier contacted us and would like to respond below.
"We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the watch, but we would like to set the record straight. The watch is equipped with an SOS button, which is one of the basic safety features. The use of the integrated SIM card, as well as the charging method (including incoming calls), is information that we provide directly on the product page. It is not a limitation, but a solution that brings security and practical advantages - secure calling via a Czech PBX (only approved contacts are called), no SIM cards or APN settings, and the cheapest tariff on the market designed for children's watches.
Unfortunately, you do not mention the experience of real use in your review. We would therefore like to ask if you have had the opportunity to try the watch in practice. We would be very happy to hear from you at [email protected] - these are most valuable to us and the parents. Thank you

It lived up to expectations!
It's all preconfigured, including the SIM, and my son was able to try it out right out of the box.
I like that they have a simple Czech app. We tried other watches, there was always an advertisement jumping up and down, it was impossible to navigate.
For us, it's the perfect thing for our son who doesn't have a cell phone yet, but sometimes goes to school alone. And he's thrilled to have a watch, like an adult: -).
It takes a while to display the position.

We bought these for our child when they started school to allow for communication and location tracking. I'm therefore reviewing them after a year. Since they're never charged, they can't fulfil this role. A nice idea, but if you want something that works, buy your child a mobile.
Functions you have full control over
Battery life is 2 days without any problems
Good mobile signal reception
Universal straps, easy to replace.
The location tracking has a large tolerance and takes a long time.
Charging in the dock is extremely unreliable. The magnet is weak, so the contacts don't connect properly. 50% of the time, the watch doesn't charge.
A subscription is required even just for sending messages and getting the location.
Functionality abroad is rather hit-and-miss. Even customer support doesn't know if they will work in a given country.
The SOS button feature is only activated on a higher tariff (99 Kč/month).

It's sufficient for connecting with the child.
The GPS location doesn't always show the current position; even after several attempts, it shows the last location even though the watch is already somewhere else.

We're happy with the watch, but I expected more. I understand the unique charger instead of a standard USB-C, as it needs to be waterproof. The size isn't too bad either. However, the battery is pitifully weak. If you set the location tracking to once every half an hour, it might last more than a day, but you have no idea where your child is. If the location updates every 10 minutes, the watch won't last the whole day. I would gladly pay twice as much for an improved version with a better battery. As soon as it's released, we'll buy it immediately, because at the moment, this watch has no adequate competition.
no social media or games
they're big, but not as big as I thought
You can make calls through them
They also have a camera, although it's poor quality.
Doesn't even last a day
special charger
The location tracking isn't completely accurate, but we are comparing it with iPhones.

We are happy with the KLOKI watch. We mainly got it as an alternative to a mobile phone because we wanted the option to make calls and see the location, but without the internet, games and social networks. The app is clear, calling works well and the watch is easy to use.
The SIM card is included with the watch - we didn't have to worry about a thing and are already using it.
School regime.
Czech app.
