I don't know where the fault was, but just adjusting the fan so that it didn't really go audible was annoying. In MSI bios I set some 700rpm and it kept humming and as the last thing I remembered to put the 5v cable that is in the package and it finally helped. (In the result it was also about 700rpm). I don't see how that could help (probably a board error. ), as the bios determines the voltage of the fans.

At certain speeds, the fan makes strange aerodynamic noises. It's not really suited for case ventilation ''airflow'' if you want quiet operation. This model is designed more for cooling radiators.
