Silent
very effective
without PWM control. For such a cooler at such a price, the fan speed control is a big minus. The main reason to have PWM control for such a large cooler is that when the PC is idle the fans hum unnecessarily and e.g. in the evening, when it's quiet, it's quite audible. In IDLE, and I dare say also in film, such a giant has to cool down passively quite well.

I can't think of anything.
Cruelly big cooler. In the presence of high memory (with a high passive heatsink) it is really very difficult to mount. Moreover, it doesn't cool as well as the waterman from Corsair (and similar).

One of the best and also biggest coolers I have ever had. Excellent and quiet for Sandybridge/Ivy Bridge.
for Haswell is not worth investing in!

Monstrous cooler
It is so monstrous that it is bigger than the graphics card, bigger than the power supply, and even bigger than the whole PC case! This is what they should have had in Chernobyl to keep the RBMKs from overheating.
