I use it regularly, I have found that it is absolutely essential where you place this fly swatter. If I put it in the middle of the window, it is completely covered with flies and other vermin (including mosquitoes, etc.) ). But when I put it on the fridge or somewhere else it usually stays empty. I tried putting it on the chandelier as well and it caught a few flies there too, but they didn't all catch. So you need to try different locations. But for me it works great otherwise.
It really works
It doesn't work everywhere

I've got a lot of Octomils flying around and I guess they're just having fun with the sticker, because even after a month I haven't caught any

We had a fly calamity of rodent hay in the fall, bought the classic fly swatters Paper Blue and RAID, paper wise for the corner of the window /didn't work/ and this stick-on one. Most flies and midges are caught on this one, they tend to fly after the light and sit on the window glass. I guess they're tempted by the fruit on the toadstool.

nothing
The window fly swatter looked promising at first glance, but the flies came off easily, reducing its effectiveness. I recommend considering other options for fly control.
