I have more equipment from Sonoff. Everything works without problems. Minor problems occurred only in the app, mostly solved by the following update. I use it for remote control, status sensing (closed/open, level, etc. ) Surprisingly very good WiFi sensitivity. It works across three rooms and two concrete walls. The advantage is also the possibility of setting different scenes, for example lighting up after sunset, in combination with the state of a switch, etc. Overall satisfaction. Cheap, easy to install and good reliability.
I've been using for a long time, absolutely no problems
Easy pairing
The new version has been improved with a higher quality relay (16A)
Possibility of manual control by button

Finding a remote-controlled socket is really a superhuman task.
I'd be satisfied if the socket worked
Cannot connect to the app
It's the 3rd socket from Alza that doesn't work
All other Sonoff products steam without a problem, only this socket does not
What's the use of a Wifi socket that doesn't connect to wifi

It is possible to open (3 screws), temporarily solder 4 wires (TX, RX, GND, 3V3) and upload custom firmware
After modification, it works great with espHome and Home Assistant, which can run on your Raspberry Pi, for example

Nice design, works well,
The eWeLink application is nicely graphically designed
Slightly longer reaction - when opening the application, it looks online, but after pressing the button, a message appears and I wait and probably communicates intensively with the Chinese server. The action will take a few seconds.
A regular annual fee of CZK 259 is required for the possibility of setting the stage.

I have several sonoff switches (lights, sockets, water heating), they work great. This device also has a LAN feature so it doesnt need to use the Sonoff servers on the internet if you are using it on the same Wifi as your mobile.
Sonoff = quality chinese product
