I bought the headphones primarily for listening to music while traveling and for a noisy office. I like high quality sound and the XM4s were very satisfying. Even the ANC was at a level I had never experienced before. It can dampen even a noisy chancel. However, their size, weight and probably also the overall shape meant that I always had to take them out of my ears after 30 minutes and give them a rest before I could continue listening. Because of this inconvenience, I finally returned them after a week and bought Linkbuds S, which, although a little worse in terms of ANC, are comparable in terms of sound, and much more comfortable.
