Speed of setup
The application and the possibility to set up the whole router through it
Even if I have a weaker signal in a room, it doesn't affect the speed much.

Stronger signal, newer software, faster data transfer/less air loss, quick easy installation, I bought "on sale" for 50% of the original price and at the time it's super value for money

Not disturbed by video streams even on a 2.4GHz network
Smart Wifi - the router broadcasts a common SSID for both 2.4GHz and 5Ghz networks and automatically switches between them
Option to turn off Wifi for the night
I haven't found out yet, I've been using it for a week
