A private-label coffee brand is a dream come true for coffee enthusiasts. At Alza.cz, we didn’t just dream—we made it a reality. In 2017, we launched our own brand of whole bean and ground coffee, AlzaCafé. Our coffee is continuously evolving and improving to provide you with an unforgettable coffee experience. Discover a wide range of specialty coffees from Africa, Central, and South America, catering to those who love both mild and bold flavours.

Crafting high-quality whole bean coffee at an affordable price is our passion. For millions of people worldwide, drinking coffee is a daily ritual. But truly great coffee can only be made from top-tier beans. High-quality coffee not only tastes and smells better but can also have a stronger energising effect (depending on the variety) and superior properties compared to standard ground or whole bean coffee.
Our coffee bean suppliers grow coffee in an ecological and sustainable manner. We carefully select the beans and roast them in roasteries in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, or Italy. The roasted beans are then packed in high-quality packaging that also highlights important details such as origin and flavour profile. Some of our coffee varieties even come in resealable packaging, protecting the beans from humidity and maintaining their aroma for longer.

Customers can enjoy a cup of AlzaCafé Original Blend at any Alza.cz branch (excluding showrooms) in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for free. This perk is available to customers while handling their orders and is also a popular benefit among our employees.
Our coffee selection is constantly expanding, catering to both adventurous coffee lovers who enjoy exploring new flavours and loyal customers who appreciate a stable, high-quality favourite.
Specialty coffee (often referred to as "specialty-grade" or "gourmet coffee") is distinguished by its exceptional quality, distinct flavour, and rich aroma. According to the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), coffee must score at least 80 out of 100 to be classified as specialty coffee. Currently, only 100% Arabica qualifies. Roasting specialty coffee is an art, and the final taste heavily depends on the expertise of the roaster.
We are excited to introduce a new range of AlzaCafé specialty coffees, sourced from Africa, Central, and South America and carefully roasted in our European facilities. These high-quality beans are perfect for brewing various coffee beverages, including the latest trends in the coffee industry. Our specialty lineup is continuously updated with new and exciting varieties.
The main characteristic of Kenyan coffees is their typical citrus flavour. This coffee perfectly combines the fresh taste of lemon with sweet caramel and honey. It is ideal for preparing filtered coffee or cold brew.
AlzaCafé Brazil Cerrado masterfully combines coffee varieties Mundo Novo, Bourbon, and Catuai, grown by small-scalle farmers. This coffee is characterised by low acidity, full body, and a pleasant chocolate-nutty flavour. It is suitable for both traditional and alternative coffee brewing methods.
If you prefer a sweeter flavour, Costa Rica Santa Rosa is the perfect choice for you. It captivates with delicate notes of wild berries, toffee, and peanut butter. Made from Catuai beans processed using the red honey method, this coffee boasts a higher density and acidity, making it ideal for alternative brewing methods.
As the name suggests, the coffee beans come from the Diaz family farm in El Salvador, specialising in growing the Pacamara variety, which is popular and highly regarded worldwide. The Diaz family grows coffee at high altitudes (1,700 meters above sea level) and processes the beans using the Honey method. This gives the coffee its typical sweet flavour with hints of tropical fruits, herbs, and spices.
Do you enjoy a well-balanced coffee that adds a touch of excellence to your everyday routine? Guatemala La Bolsa delivers exactly that experience. Grown at a high altitude of 1,600 meters, the beans mature slowly, resulting in a more complex and harmonious flavour profile. Expect notes of creamy milk chocolate and crisp apples.
This coffee comes from the Imbachi family farm, where it is cultivated at 1,800 meters and processed using the traditional washed method. The result is a balanced taste with hints of citrus, cane sugar, and plums, offering a pleasant sweetness. A true representation of the Huila region’s signature flavours, this coffee is best enjoyed through filter brewing to bring out its rich taste.
Colombia Popayan Decaf captivates with its smooth honey, milk chocolate, and caramel notes. The caffeine is removed using a gentle, chemical-free method, allowing you to enjoy a perfectly flavourful cup any time of day or night, worry-free. Ideal for both filter and espresso brewing.
Do you consume a lot of coffee, or simply like to stock up? Select AlzaCafé varieties are now available in large, cost-effective 1 kg packs. No need to worry about freshness—our new resealable packaging features a one-way valve that keeps the coffee’s aroma and quality intact. This special valve allows the coffee to breathe while preventing air and moisture from getting in.
Our updated packaging is a response to your needs and feedback. AlzaCafé is a customer favourite, and many of you prefer buying it in larger quantities. Now, you can enjoy every cup to the fullest, from the first brew to the last bean.
