In 2017, we launched our own brand of whole bean and ground coffee, AlzaCafé. Our coffee is continuously evolving and improving to provide you with an unforgettable coffee experience. Crafting high-quality whole bean coffee at an affordable price is our passion. For millions of people worldwide, drinking coffee is a daily ritual. But truly great coffee can only be made from top-tier beans. High-quality coffee not only tastes and smells better but can also have a stronger energising effect (depending on the variety) and superior properties compared to standard ground or whole bean coffee.
Our coffee bean suppliers grow coffee in an ecological and sustainable manner. We carefully select the beans and roast them in roasteries in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, or Italy. The roasted beans are then packed in high-quality packaging that also highlights important details such as origin and flavour profile. Some of our coffee varieties even come in resealable packaging, protecting the beans from humidity and maintaining their aroma for longer.

Specialty coffees AlzaCafé impress with exceptional taste and aroma
Specialty coffee (often referred to as "specialty-grade" or "gourmet coffee") is distinguished by its exceptional quality, distinct flavour, and rich aroma. According to the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), coffee must score at least 80 out of 100 to be classified as specialty coffee. Currently, only 100% Arabica qualifies. Roasting specialty coffee is an art, and the final taste heavily depends on the expertise of the roaster.

El Salvador Familia Diaz specialty coffee offers a delightful sweet flavour with subtle notes of tropical fruit, herbs, and spices
As the name suggests, the coffee beans come from the Diaz family farm in El Salvador, specialising in growing the Pacamara variety, which is popular and highly regarded worldwide. The Diaz family grows coffee at high altitudes (1,700 meters above sea level) and processes the beans using the Honey method. This gives the coffee its typical sweet flavour with hints of tropical fruits, herbs, and spices.

Whole bean coffees are available in 250 g, 1000 g, or a four-pack of 250 g bags. We roast our beans fresh in a Prague-based roastery according to demand, ensuring maximum freshness.
Espresso machine coffees come in 100% Arabica or an 80% Arabica / 20% Robusta blend, making them perfect for espresso, filtered coffee, or alternative brewing methods.
Arabica s coffee made from Arabica coffee beans, which are quite demanding to grow, reflecting the final price of the coffee. Arabica also contains about half the caffeine of Robusta coffee.
Coffee blends contain 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta, creating a perfect combination of the delicacy of Arabica and the bold flavour of Robusta.
Specialty coffees are always 100% Arabica, roasted from high-quality coffee beans and meeting the strict criteria of the Specialty Coffee Association of America.
