How does AlzaDrive work?

Shop as usual
You shop as usual on Alza.cz. When choosing delivery, select one of our AlzaDrive pickup points.

Wait for the text message
Once the goods are ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation text message and you can go pick up your goods.

Arrive at AlzaDrive
When you arrive, enter your order number at the first station. If you have not paid for the goods in advance, you can make a cashless payment here. Don't forget to take your pickup slip.

Collect your order
Once the items are ready, proceed to the second station to comfortably pick up your order.

FAQ
If your product is in stock at the AlzaDrive pickup point you choose, then picking it up is free.
How do you find out which products are in stock? Just select your chosen AlzaDrive branch, and you'll see only the products we have prepared for you at that collection point: Items in stock.
In general, the maximum height allowed is 2.7 metres and the maximum width is 2.3 metres.
It's up to you whether you decide to pay with a card or pay for the order in advance. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners Club.
Cash payments are not possible due to the speed of the collection process.
Claims can't be processed at the AlzaDrive collection points. However, we'll be happy to process your claim at any of our stores.
The opening hours of AlzaDrive are usually from 8:00 to 20:00, including Saturdays and Sundays. However, the opening hours during holidays may be different. You can find the current opening hours on the branch's website.
