Adjustable Ventilation

Adjustable ventilation is a system of ventilation openings on a safety helmet that the user can open and close as needed. Control is typically achieved using sliding covers or flaps, which cover or uncover the openings in the helmet shell. Openings allow air to circulate to the head, helping to dissipate heat and sweat and thus increasing comfort when working in hot environments or during physically demanding activities. By closing the ventilation, the user is protected from adverse elements such as rain, cold, falling dust, or liquid splashes. This function also allows the helmet to be adapted for tasks where safety standards require a full shell without openings, for example, for protection against electric current.
