Antiscratch property

Antiscratch is an English term that translates to "anti-scratch". It is a special surface treatment, usually a thin and hard protective layer, which increases the resistance of the material to the formation of fine scratches and abrasions. This property does not mean that the surface is completely scratch-proof, but it significantly reduces damage caused by normal use, such as contact with keys, nails or wiping with coarser fabrics. The main objective of this treatment is to extend the life and preserve the original appearance of the product by reducing the visibility of minor damage. However, it does not protect against deep indentations caused by high pressure or sharp objects.
