The print resolution indicates the level of detail the printer can produce. It is measured in DPI (dots per inch), and the higher the resolution value, the sharper and more detailed the output will be. For high-quality printing of photos and detailed documents, a printer with a high resolution (e.g. 1200 × 1200 DPI) is ideal, while lower values (600 × 600 DPI) will suffice for normal printing tasks.
