Dobrý den. 19.11.2017. jsem si u vás v Alze objednal hru Hidden Agenda - PS4. Za dva několik dnů mi přišel email kde se píše že mi balík doručíte 1.12.2018 což je blbost, protože balík by mi přišel až za rok. Nicméně tento email mi přišel asi 4krát. A nevím kdy mi balík přijde. Děkuji za odpověď.
