dobrý den, zakoupili jsme tento set top box, k smart televizi, která nemá dvbt 2, dosud jsem mohla sledovat pořady na čt pomocí červeného tlačítka, po zapojení set top boxu tato funkce je nefunkční, je nějaká možnost na set top boxu toto tlačítko zprovoznit? znamená to, že teď již nemohu použít sledování pořadů z archívu??? děkuji za odpověď e.t.

Dobrý den, budu se ptát jako největší lajk - takže když chci pořídit další tv domu, abych se na ni mohla koukat (na první využívám o2 tv air), tak pro programy koupím tento settopbox, potřebuji mít ale na střeše svoji anténu, chápu to tak? a tento settopbox se zapojí do TV a do zásuvky? Bude fungovat na jakékoli smart TV na které budu moci i na internet? Jsem úplný lajk! Díky!

Dobrý den, po zakoupení tohoto přístroje bylo zjištěno, že dálkové ovládáním, které bylo součástí balení je "nepoužitelné". Na některá tlačítka nereaguje (OK, číslice 5, 2...) Nepomohla ani změna baterií. Lze reklamovat samostatně, nebo se musí jako "celek" ??
