What are the terms for redeeming an electronic gift voucher?

  1. The value stated on the voucher will be deducted from your purchase price in the online store at www.alza.cz.
  2. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be split. The voucher’s value can only be used in a single purchase.
  3. For goods purchased using a gift voucher, a refund (in the event of withdrawal from the purchase agreement or a justified claim) may be issued in the form of a replacement voucher or an equivalent credit for the purchase of other goods.
  4. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase; after this date, it becomes invalid.
  5. The voucher can only be used to pay for purchases in the online store at www.alza.cz.

  7. By downloading the voucher and displaying the code, you agree to the voucher’s terms of use.

What are the terms for redeeming a voucher for experiences, services, and goods?

  1. Alza is only the seller of the voucher. The provider of the services and the seller of the goods delivered upon redemption of the voucher is a third party (the provider).
  2. To make use of the service or receive the goods linked to the voucher, the Buyer must contact the relevant provider and arrange the details of the specific service and/or collection of the specific goods.
  3. After purchasing the voucher, the Buyer will receive a unique voucher code sent to the e-mail address listed in their customer profile or entered during checkout.
  4. The Buyer will provide this unique code to the provider before the service is delivered and/or the goods collected.
  5. The provider will verify the code’s validity and, without undue delay (unless agreed otherwise with the Buyer), deliver the service and/or hand over the goods.
  6. The voucher is considered redeemed at the moment the provider enters the unique code into Alza’s information system (verifies its validity).
  7. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the voucher within 14 days from receiving it, except if the voucher has already been redeemed within this period.
  8. In the case of a complaint regarding the goods and/or service, Alza recommends that the Buyer first contact the provider, as this may allow for faster resolution and the possibility of arranging a substitute service and/or goods based on the voucher.
