Hallie is a spunky eleven-year-old girl from California, the same age Annie grew up in London. When they meet by chance one summer at Camp Walden, a girls' holiday camp, the two believe they have nothing in common except that they are in fact identical twins (both roles are superbly played by LINDSAY LOHAN). Neither of them had any idea that she has a sister, that looks unrecognizably like her, but if he understands, the way things are, they decide to act.
