Unlocking the SIM Region Lock

Don't be afraid that your Samsung mobile phone will not work with a non-European SIM card. We will unlock the regional lock for you.
You must remove the regional lock on your phone in order to use it with a non-European carrier SIM card.
All phones except Samsung do not need to be unlocked.
You will have no problem using your newly unlocked phone with a Russian, Ukrainian or Vietnamese SIM card.

Which countries' SIM cards need to have the regional lock removed?

One must remove the regional lock from European SIM card providers to be able to use a Samsung phone, except for the following countries:

Russia and Ukraine are not included in the list, therefore SIM cards from these countries require the unlocking of the regional lock.

Can you unlock a previously purchased phone?

No, we have our own SIM cards for this service.

How long does it take for the unlocking process while waiting?

From the moment the technician takes over, unlocking should be done within ten minutes. For dual SIM phones, unlocking should be within fifteen minutes while waiting. Your assistance is not required during the process.
