Marketing Campaign
"Ona Dnes Sales"
1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
a) Trading company Alza.cz a.s., CIN 27082440, TIN CZ27082440, with registered office in Prague 7, Jankovcova 1522/53, 170 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Entry 8573 (hereinafter referred to as “Alza“) organises in the period from 00:01 on 16 May 2022 to 23:59:59 on 22 May 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Period”) a marketing campaign called "Ona Dnes Sales" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") and hereby sets out the rules and conditions of the Campaign, which are available on the website www.alza.cz/ona-dnes.
b) Alza, as a retailer, supplies goods primarily to individuals as end customers and for this purpose also organises its Campaigns. Alza expressly reserves the right, in order to serve as many natural persons as possible as its target customers, to cancel orders from non-consumer customers for whom the quantity of Goods ordered exceeds the quantity of normal consumption for the needs of natural persons as end customers. In such cases, Alza will notify the Buyer by e-mail of the cancellation of the order and, if applicable, refund the purchase price already paid.
c) Alza draws attention to the fact that this Campaign is also subject to the terms and conditions for advertising messages that Alza publishes on the website www.alza.cz/reklama.
2. DISCOUNT CODE TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) As part of the Campaign, Alza provides a discount on selected products from the categories of TV, audio-video, small and large household appliances, beauty, toys, drugstore, media, sports, mobile phone accessories, mobile phones, wearables, hobby, pet supplies, monitors, laptops and PCs which are listed on www.alza. cz/ona-dnes (hereinafter referred to as "Goods"), with the discounts amounting to 10% on Goods marked with the icon "10%", 15% on Goods marked with the icon "15%", and 20% on Goods marked with the icon "20%" while the Ona Dnes Sales campaign lasts. The discount codes can be found in the special issue of the women's magazines Ona Dnes, DNES + TV Magazine, Žena a život, and also digitally in the Portmonka mobile app.  From 23 May 2022, you will also find these codes directly in the details section of the goods included in the Campaign. These are the Goods that Alza has in stock at the beginning of the Campaign. The discount on the Goods is valid until the end of the Campaign or until the stocks last.
b) The discount is granted by redeeming the code when creating an order. Only one discount code may be used per order. If the Participant wishes to purchase more than one type of Goods that are subject to different discounts, he/she must do so through multiple orders. The discount code can also be used repeatedly. The number of Goods that can be purchased as part of the Campaign is limited by Alza's stock situation and, for selected products, the number of Goods that can be purchased by a single Customer as part of the Campaign may also be limited.
c) Alza hereby informs that the range of Goods included in this Campaign may change during the Campaign.
d) Alza also notes that the Campaign discounts are calculated based on the current retail price of the Goods.
3. ORDERS
a) When ordering Goods included in the Campaign, you must comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Alza.cz and these Campaign Terms and Conditions.
b) The Campaign Goods cannot be purchased by telephone or fax, but only online.
c) The provision of a discount or Goods in the Campaign at a discounted price is conditional on the proper completion of the order, not just the placement of the Goods in the Shopping Cart, and the proper payment of the order according to the chosen payment option.
d) The discounts provided in the Campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts or other price advantages provided by Alza or applicable to Goods included in the Campaign.
4. FINAL PROVISIONS
a) Alza declares that it is not responsible for errors caused by the transmission of electronic messages.
b) Alza reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Campaign and to cancel the Campaign if necessary.
c) The Participant is not entitled to any compensation for the costs associated with participation in the Campaign. Alza expressly states that neither the discount nor any Free Shipping provided with the Goods (if the Goods are provided with Free Shipping) can be refunded in cash, even if the purchased Goods are returned. A Participant who returns Goods purchased as part of the Campaign is not entitled to any refund except for the actual price paid for the Goods.
d) Alza reserves the right to exclude from the Campaign those customers who:
1. Fail to comply with the Campaign terms and conditions;
2. Use a payment card they are not authorised to use; 
3. Act in breach of the law and/or good morals and/or commit fraudulent conduct in connection with the Campaign;
4. Provide false or incomplete information during the Campaign.
In the event of the exclusion of a Participant, such Participant shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages that may be incurred.
e) These Campaign terms and conditions shall take effect on the date of their publication.
