This cartridge was recommended to us even after a phone communication with Alza customer service, how sad.
Could not connect at all with Canon MP 190 Series Printer. We originally thought it was a printer fault because the description here said that this colour was compatible with this printer, but then we bought the original colour and it works normally, so it really is either a faulty cartridge or it doesn't connect like someone else has stated here. It's a shame about the time we spent and the money we wasted, I guess that unpacked, but full and practically unused, no one will pay us back. I wish Alza would pay more attention to the details they write about the products and test them more.
