The previous cartridges broke in the printer halfway through the cartridge, and leaked.
That meant taking the printer apart and pulling out the parts and giving it a good wash! But these cartridges look completely different than the previous ones at first glance, so we'll see. If something like this happens again I will throw the nice printer and their cartridges at their head because they are not good at complaints!
