it is difficult to change, the old piston from the crisis is best to beat out with a hammer and from the chair to turn with a wrench, I shot oil on the top of the piston to make it easier to turn. it's not a bug, of course, it's a feature.
for a person 192 cm tall super
the piston is big on its own, so it is enough just a few cm to lift, at maximum height I have my legs in the air, which is nice when the chair is reclined
