Initially excited, but nothing to cheer about. I was looking for a good quality pan for healthy food preparation, which can be thrown into the dishwasher without any problem and doesn't mind some scratches. It does all this to perfection. However, the surface is textured and EVERYTHING sticks to it a lot, the meat tears, the fish is a disaster, they become grit. I'd rather have a pan with a smooth surface next time, this was a bad buy.
