This is probably what the C - Tech Company calls a newly wound filament, either I' m just a loser or this company really has no idea how to wind the filament. See photo
Due to poor winding, the spool jams, the printer cannot take the filament, and runs empty. I was forced to rewind the spool so I could print without constantly checking the spool.
It peeles off, it doesn' t stick together

It has dirt in it here and there and sputters and skips when printing. HIPS doesn't get wet, it repels water. It's fully adequate for support, but not so much for precision model prints.

Strong, useful as a temporary holder when printing ABS, but you'll need a double extruder.
If you own an Ender 3 Pro, you need to get a glass bed. The magnetic mat is useless when the temp goes above 80 C (looses magnetic strength). Also an enclosure will be very useful to keep the surrounding temp constant.
