Standard dryer with a good price/performance ratio.
9 drying plates must be used wisely. All the platters filled with herbs will dry it, but you can't expect it to dry 9 platters filled with plums. Make that a maximum of five.
During the drying process, the plates have to be shuffled to ensure even drying, but this is the case with all dryers.

The temperature scale absolutely does not correspond to the real values. The temperature difference between the bottom and top tray is to be expected, I measured the bottom tray with a thermometer and it never even came close to the set temperature
Drying times are far from reality (I dried tomatoes for three days, apples for a day).
