Purchased in November 2023. Already in March 2024 it stopped drying and the 1st warranty replacement of the non-functioning heat pump took place. That only lasted until July and now the warranty replacement of the heart rate unit again. pump due to a recurring drying fault. From experience with the purchased piece, the drying process is quite noisy (if it works at all)

In my case, processing a warranty claim takes an average of 20 days (ordering an authorized service, visiting a technician, diagnostics, ordering and waiting for the availability of a heat pump unit, and then another visit to a technician and repair - I have already experienced this twice - see above)
