I ordered a new bulb and it arrived already used, paired with a different account, so unusable because the manufacturer, who by the way hasn't even had a website for at least a few days, doesn't allow you to add the bulb to a new account. It's also the third of four things from this brand that I had to claim right away the day I received it, so I can't even see this brand anymore!
