Unfortunately not suitable for any sportier bike. By being recessed, it slightly lifts the buttocks and curves the position of the pelvis. This causes the person to be pushed much harder on the handlebars and makes the ride very uncomfortable. I would recommend maybe only on bikes with a lowered frame, where you can sit in it more. It might not matter there.
