All in all a cheap shoe for light trekking for reasonable money, well made with heel and toe protection (rubberized) and a good sole that holds up but slips on really wet rock. The boots have a basic waterproof membrane and it works as it should, unless of course it rains down over your feet (a disadvantage of low trekking boots in general).

the sole slips on wet stones (but almost all of them do)
