It is written on them that they can withstand speeds up to 120km/h, but of course they won't fall off at 140km/h either, but I would be more worried

Sufficient size for 14 days of travel
Not susceptible to rubbing
The Givi logo is probably stuck with poor quality glue and I think it will fall off over time.
