We have had the washing machine for a very short time, so everything has not been tested yet. However, the first observations are great - it is really quiet, even when spinning, the steam function (only available on some programmes) beautifully softens and scents the laundry with a pleasant freshness. The app is a little bit bad - it reports that the washing machine has finished washing after maybe 20 minutes after washing, the time it shows until the end of the program is constantly recalculating (and it takes it quite a while to recalculate), so once you have 3 hours, then 2, then 3 again - but it's not reliable. But other than that, for the money, I think it's a market leader: )

The washing machine cost me two hours of my life. That's how long it takes a senior IT administrator with 15 years of experience to connect this washing machine to wifi.
I have two observations. Both the bluetooth and wifi pairing modes don't work if you press the pairing button right after turning on the washing machine (the instructions say to press it within 60s). It is necessary to wait 10s after switching on the washing machine, otherwise the application will not find the washing machine at all (because the washing machine simply does not start BT/wifi transmission - verified). There is no mention of this in the instructions.
The second observation is that the washing machine apparently does not support WPA2-AES (or WPA2-CCMP) security, which is now standard. I don't know if the problem is WPA2 or AES, but after enabling WPA-TKIP it started working (tested on two wifinas).
It manifests itself in such a way that the application finds the washing machine, but in the step when it sends the configuration to the washing machine and it should connect to the wifi, nothing happens and the application reports an error.
I.e. as a normal washing machine OK, but who wants it for the steam and wants to use the app, so watch out.

It doesn't have a steam generator. It makes steam in the drum, so it can only release steam at the end of the program after wringing and the steam is not involved in the washing program, but only softer and flatter.
The washing machine doesn't come with a normal manual. Unfortunately, even the one downloaded from the web contains minimal information. There is not even a description of the individual function icons for the programs

the first wash surprised by the quietness of operation even during spinning. After installing the control via WiFi, you will be surprised by the number of programs on offer. So I recommend not only for the excellent price/utility ratio and performance, but also to "toy" home appliances
the washing machine is not only nice to look at, but after the initial dismay that the control is for an IT expert, we dug through the instructions on the web, downloaded the app and it was over. The first wash was surprisingly quiet. Summarized. The warranty will be a pleasure, the washing machine will hopefully last a long time and will work as it should
