In the Czech Republic, the network is often down and the tracker is unusable. In December there was a several week outage and now in April 2023 it is in its third week without a signal. I contacted the customer support in France and they apologized, saying that they are doing some network maintenance in CZ and are unable to say when the network will be back up and running. Even if the failure is only local, the situation when the tracker is not working in part of the territory limits its practical use and the device cannot be reliable. Therefore, I do not recommend buying equipment using this network until the network is stable.

It's working very poorly. Sometimes it reports even a small movement immediately, sometimes it does not report a change of position even after a day (in the same place with the same signal). Sometimes it doesn't report the location for several hours even if you are actively searching and you have a signal, the Bluetooth connection is not working. At first it worked pretty much (well, sort of sometimes), after the second battery charge it works at about 10%. It doesn't report tilts, it doesn't report button presses, the app itself is kind of weird, one time it shows something, the other time it doesn't. The whole thing is rather infuriating. You can't rely on it. I've had to guard my motorcycle against theft, I'll definitely get something else. For me, dysfunctional, unreliable. It's kind of like everything works by itself and automatically, you can't really check or set it up (except for a few details) and yes it just doesn't work and you can't do anything. Support even after writing (to Paris) zero. Oh, and their website where you register is completely useless. You don't even actually add the device. FAQ empty, no info except general instructions, where you can't even read about the functions,,,, TRAGEDY. I DON'T EVEN RECOMMEND IT FOR FREE! Avoid this crap by far, it won't help you in case of theft, even if you happen to be somewhere with a signal (forget the countryside, even in the middle of a big city it's practically non-functional and only occasionally some X hours old notification comes by accident. I'm considering suing the manufacturer.
