Probably just the packaging of this eco-friendly package, it comes wrapped in a ton of plastic. it could be solved better - for example, by more careful traffic.

It washes well
Lots of gel at a good price
The box is too thin. I understand that there is some desire for ecology here, but the gel is a good 15 kilos thin box arrived completely beat up. I'm gonna have to put some insulation over it to keep it from flushing out the powder. And that's not exactly eco.
