After several futile (and mentally very demanding) attempts to correct the shortcomings through "Premium Care", I decided to return the laptop. Lenovo never again!
price/performance ratio
all-metal body
great connectivity (USB A and C, memory card reader, HDMI)
the ability to turn the brightness down to full off (I didn't have to install additional dimming as with other laptops)
two-level keyboard backlighting
battery life + fast charging (USB C)
very noisy fans (no adjustment)
unwilling and incompetent support (on the line people who don't even speak proper Czech - just dictate the product number took about 5 minutes, chat was a little better, but still I was just told that Lenovo does not meet its customers (see next point)
"we know what you want, so don't interfere" approach - missing "end", "home", "page down" and "page up" buttons - replaced by multimedia shortcuts, no possibility to change. The cooling fans cannot be adjusted - even at minimum power they do not stop.
