We have only had it for a while, but anyway, after three washes, no complaints: luxury drum volume, intuitive control, clear app, fast washing (e.g. 8.5 kg of laundry on 60° cotton with steam washing in 1:35 hours, the same amount in eco mode at 40°C in 1:45 hours). The wringing is really noisy, as it says in other reviews.

The buckle is great, but the napping is quite a racket. Even the approximately 5 year old LG I replaced with this one wasn't this noisy. But otherwise Wi-Fi control is great, turbo wash too.

We returned the model that has the dryer in it and took this one instead. Because the myths about why not to buy a washer and dryer in one have been confirmed.

many features and many options, yet it makes everything so intuitive and simple to start washing

for being so quiet, the spin is extremely loud, even at 800, and it's not a bad piece, we had the same model before with just a dryer, and the spin was just as loud, hence the 1 star down (my old LG washer had a spin that was quiet even at 1000)
