It's a really beautiful piece. It's a beautiful design. But I guess I was unlucky, or there's some defective batch because it's gone broken. The mild warning was already when the carrier said it was not a good product. But after installing it at home, I was absolutely thrilled. Washes really great, dries dry, doesn't wrinkle. Just great. Plus, it's steamy too, just nothing to complain about. Even the dryer preheats itself according to the program on the washing machine, so you just have to flip it up and go (I don't understand that it can't flip itself..: D). Unfortunately, enthusiasm was replaced by dismay and disappointment. During the washing program, when I went to look at my new "TV" again, how nicely it was washing, suddenly from the middle of the appliance (in the gap between the washing machine and the dryer" water was flowing in a stream. There was a flood in the bathroom, water was running everywhere and especially from where it shouldn't have. Never do that again. Not even the kids can make a pond like that in my bathroom: /. Too bad, it's a really nice appliance. And I've always had only the best experiences with LG. So hopefully it was bad luck on a defective piece and others will serve.

It's been home for 4 days, on the fourth drying the dryer started beeping. Communication and Alzou where I got the number to contact the service. There they sent me to that it is handled by another service. So the scenario repeated itself that everything was cut by the LG customer line. Too bad I didn't get this information on Alza I would have saved myself a phone call with an annoying guy I was bothering with my call. Thank you, alzo. If it didn't weigh 140kg it'd be back in Alza in no time. That's just waiting for service. Super 51k and the new machine has a glitch.
