It works as it should - the water drains and the soap is dry and lasts longer.
The silicone feet only hold three on my piece, the fourth one falls off, but the soap dish holds fine without it and doesn't slip.

The water from the soap doesn't stay in it and the soap doesn't float. It drains nicely into the sink. It has rubber feet and doesn't slip even though it's a little on the edge because it's plastic and lightweight. Be careful - it has to be on a flat surface so it doesn't slip. Measure the space on the sink beforehand to see if it will fit.
