I had no experience with hot air fryers, which is probably why I was surprised by the very short cooking time.
Plenty of additional equipment for barbecues etc.
Overall maximum satisfaction, we could have bought earlier.

We used the original classic hot air fryer practically only for pre-fried fries and we still had to shake them during frying so that they were not raw from below and burnt from above. This fryer has a rotating drum that stirs the fries well during frying and they are really fried evenly. Raw potato fries are done in 20-30minutes depending on the thickness of the cut (we like it thicker). Before frying, I soak the fries in water for at least 30min, then I put them on 130°C for 5min to dry, then in a bowl with a little oil I fry, I drain, fill 1/2 of the drum (about 2 portions) and fry at 200°C. Then they're really crunchy like an oil fryer. Here it is written that the container has a volume of 10l, which is not true at all, this is a figure that refers to the internal volume of the entire baking compartment. The basket for chips has an estimated capacity of 2 to 2.5 litres.
We made spaghetti with vegan cheese wrapped in zucchini slices and it turned out very well. The needles are quite short, so you need to count on 2 pieces per person, i.e. lunch for 4 people.
Since we have this fryer on the counter, it's a snap to use. So we've been making quick snacks like baked rolls with vegetable butter and crushed garlic and sliced vegetable cheese. There are 3 sheets and you can put them in the fryer all at once, but then you have to allow for the top sheet going in first, so they come out in 3 stages.
Nowhere in the instructions do you read if you can wash the accessories in the dishwasher, it just says not to use abrasives. The fry drum is quite dirty after frying, with oil running into all the nooks and crannies, which, especially if you fry more than once, is baked on. Cleaning is not entirely easy and it would be useful to put the drum in the dishwasher. The sheets, on the other hand, have an excellent non-stick surface, so they are easy to clean.
Overall we are very happy with the fryer and use it much more than the previous one.
